Meet me!
Hi, I’m Cavan Bennigson! I'm an Austin and LA-based photographer with a B.A. in Journalism and a minor in Media & Entertainment Industries from The University of Texas at Austin.
I’ve spent the last eight years behind a camera doing what I love most: capturing moments that feel alive. My work spans automotive, entertainment, and culture, including shoots with MotorTrend, RoadKill TV, Mecum Auctions, vintage open-wheel formula racing, and local automotive brands, as well as concerts, parties, portraits, and event coverage.
I’m equally comfortable in fast-paced, high-stakes environments and more intimate, story-driven shoots. Whether it’s documenting a multi-million-dollar race car crossing the finish line or walking a quiet college campus on a Sunday, shooting graduation photos, I aim to create images that feel authentic, artistic, and human.
I take my work seriously, but I believe the best results come from having fun along the way. You bring the vision, I’ll bring the camera and a raging caffeine habit.
